The AMS-02 experiment on board the International Space Station. Status and perspectives.

abstract

The AMS-02 detector is operating on the International Space Station since May 2011. More than 65 billion events have been collected by the instrument in the first four years of data taking. This unprecedented large amount of data is being analyzed to provide a complete, high statistics, accurate and long-term measurement of the composition and of the spectral features of the Cosmic Rays. The published results and the on-going analyses will be reviewed.
